“I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our heater wasn’t working and after I defrosted my husband and dogs, we called Stallings and spoke with Carmen. Carmen is a perfect example of what incredible customer service is, even though I could not convince her to pay my bill out of her own pocket. Aside from that, Carmen was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to speak with. Then we spoke to Danielle in dispatch. Her genuine concern for us was really sweet, and she had them out to help us within a few hours. She’s funny and sweet and an animal lover, which, of course, always gets extra points. Chet came out and had our furnace up and running so fast that I would swear he was an HVAC ninja. Until I see proof to the contrary, I will continue to believe that Chet’s incredible skills are due to years of intense HVAC ninja training. Thanks for everything guys!“
