We’ve used another company for our HVAC service since we bought our home almost six years ago. Decided to go with Triple-T this time after they were referred by a family member. We’re so happy we did. The technician, Mack, was right on time and was very thorough with the service. He actually spotted a potentially dangerous problem with the flex vent & connector that was installed incorrectly at the time the house was built. I now have many questions for the original company who installed the system and have been doing all of our services until today, like how did at least three tech’s miss the problem? We have been looking for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) service provider since 2018. We needed a provider who was reasonable, knowledgeable, and experienced enough to get our existing HVAC system working optimally. We aimed to increase airflow without compromising air purification while lowering operating costs--this is key with all the rising energy costs. That said, be aware that the companies you see at Costco, Home Depot, or Lowes make their money based on the number of customers they attract; it's not about the quality of their staff or work. I've tried several companies in Southern Utah, and Triple-T is the most knowledgeable and capable company. Ask for Jason Tanner; he'll ensure they take great care of your needs. Triple-T did so by improving the ductwork configuration, adding a missing duct to our kitchen/great room, adding an Aprilaire filter (which replaced the need for the too-restrictive 1-inch thick filters our homes come within Southern Utah), and adding an LED UV purification module. Now, our system has increased airflow and cleaner air, and, most importantly, requires less effort, saving energy and money each month. I have no affiliation other than being a delighted customer.
