My dad, at 83 years old, has spent 40 years in the HVAC business, so when it came time to replace his old system, he wanted to be involved. Despite his age and occasional lapses in memory, he remains sharp and retains much of his HVAC knowledge. We consulted three different companies to assess his very old system, which includes a boiler room, and only Paul and the HRC team could address all of my dad’s questions and concerns. They were able to come to do the repair just a couple of hours after we called. Ian was great to work with and completed the repair quickly. Prices are fair and the final price was the same as the price quoted before the work was done. I highly recommend them
