Exceptional professionalism and customer service. Jim, the owner, is so kind and accommodating. He makes even the smallest jobs a priority. Nathan, one of the technicians, couldn’t be nicer. He is conscientious about his work, answers all of your questions and takes the time to double and triple check the completed job. I notice that he spent a great deal of time making sure our thermostat was centered and leveled to his satisfaction. If you are looking for trustworthy, responsive and professional HVAC contractors, I would put Pleasant Creek HVAC first on your calling list.
I’m a general contractor and I use them for all my clients. Excellent service, great communication and great price. They even called a client of mine the day after they serviced their AC unit to ensure that the client was happy and that the unit was achieving the temperatures they wanted. I can’t recommend them enough.
