My husband took apart our Dyson and couldnt put it back together. A1 said he'd done all the work already so just like that put it back together, no charge.
Will take everything there from now on.

We had our machine taken here in September of 2021 and got it back in May 2022. Turns out it was seized up worse than any of us thought and they worked persistently to make sure my 50 year old machine worked like new again! Randy was awesome and knew exactly what needed to be done and was determined to win out against the machine. Thank you thank you thank you!! They’ve won our business for life! Only charged us what they quoted us too, though with the amount of work we should’ve paid 10x what we did (no exaggeration there). Honest people and great quality work!

They're so friendly, and literally bend over backwards when it comes to a customer loyalty and service. That is also reflected in their prices and 60 Day Warranty on vacuum and sewing machine repairs. Love the Jensen Family. Wish I would have never bought my Riccar R40P.6 vacuum from Vacuums 360 .
