“Russ and James the Production Manager really put us at ease at every corner. Ours was on the larger scale and had some challenges ahead with a large round window we have over looking the mountains. I was impressed with Russ’s confidence on how they tackle such a project and felt comfortable with his knowledge. He also suggested a few things we had not thought of. There was zero over selling or rush to a sale. What impressed me really the most has been James. As these things go there can be issues along the way. James always took my call no matter what time. They came up solutions quickly and kept me in the loop without me Ever having to call them to kind out the status. Lifespan took excellent care of our master bath but more importantly took care of us as this was a stressful addition we had zero knowledge about going in.

“Tye, one of the owners, came out and bid the install within 48 hours and had the job completed within another 48 hours. It was significantly less than I was told previously by another source. A couple of rains have gone by and seems to be doing wonderfully. I cannot remember the technician’s name but he was fantastic, as well. Very quick and thorough, with no mess left behind. Should I need anything down the road, I will not hesitate to go straight to Double T.“

Mike came out and spent time explaining important details, answering questions, and even gave us some priceless advice around some windows where we plan to remodel some day. The windows in the bid were identical to what O'Brien's bid us, but for less than half the cost! Steve and his helper (can't remember his name) had all of our windows done in about 4 hours. We have absolutely loved them.“

“Just got 16 windows installed a few years ago, I went through the house prior to installation on a cold day and took internal and external temps on my 20 year old double pane windows to see if they would make a difference. I went through again and found that in these freezing temperatures my old windows were about a 5 to 10 degree difference from the rest of my walls. These windows are only a 2 degree difference. Multiply that by the square footage of all the 40 windows combined and It really adds up. they block out the suns radiant heat and have saved money on my ac bills too. The teams that helped with getting financing and installation scheduled and put in have an been professional and courteous and it's been a great experience. An added bonus is the bronze trim is better looking than I expected and makes my whole house look better.“

“We had Jason Davis come and gave us a bid. (This was our 3rd bid) Jason was honest, first off he told us what we needed and didn't also how to save money fixing glass on one window because our frame etc. Was fine. He gave us name of company who he recommended. It means allot when you know they are telling you their honest opinion without trying to make a sell. He had my trust from that moment. He made me feel comfortable, explaining everything not making me feel kinda dumb. He went over installment how it was done, (the other 2 guys did Not do) we have stucco and there are a couple different options to install Jason was the first to explain the process! (One option was would have to fix stucco after window installment nobody Else told us about how it was all done outside!! I guess we didn't ask, but we trusted the guys would tell us the process since we have no idea) Jason explained things to us in detail which we appreciated. He was here under 1 hour as well (other 2 guys had to give us a lengthy history about the company which took close to 2 hours mostly information that we didn't care to hear, sorry :( Windows are comparable to other bids with just one BIG DIFFERENCE!! The price! (The other 2 guys were high pressure & if we didn't buy that night we didn't get a discount. Their price was triple and double the price from Window World -I understand it's their job, but I got several calls and texts everyday after and when I told them Thank you for taking the time to come out but we were going with window world- one guy said give me another chance to explain how their company was the best etc all I have to say is: I'm so glad we waited for Jason at Window World. I can't say enough good things and I'm not easily impressed- but so far they have a 10 ⭐ star out of 10. Thank You so much Jason. I really do appreciate everything you taught us and how honest you are from the moment you walked in. *I'll take before and after pictures for anyone interested in getting Windows. It will be about 8 weeks.. before we get them, which is 4 weeks sooner than the other bids we got. Even ordering from Home Depot or Lowe's was 12 weeks out. Then hiring someone to install. Window World also has a lifetime warranty! Impressive⭐“
