Timely communication and told me what to expect, so professional and friendly. Involved me on a decision for change in plan and gave great explanation as to why. When they were done, they showed me everything they did and what was what. Went above and beyond by identifying a few dangerous issues with our AC and it's connection and fixed it. The guys were so professional, hard working, friendly and put everything back in its place that we had cleared for them. I'm ecstatic that we went with Northern Electric Company.
