In January of 2021 I realized that my roof was leaking into my great room. I called a couple of different companies. Knockout Roofing came out immediately. They put a temporary cover over the area to prevent any additional damage even though I hadn't yet decided who I was going to hire. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but I'm always skeptical of companies that are and never go with the lowest quote anymore. We are very pleased with the installation Jose and Ernesto did on our roof. They did an excellent job. We would give 5 stars to them. However, we had to wait 9 months from the time of our down payment to the installation. Jason, the job supervisor, called us at 8:30 and wanted to have a crew come out the same day. One worker showed and worked two days. Part of the old roof was removed. Then they didn't come for 10 days. Jason was hard to reach and didn't return calls.We also had them install rain gutter covers. The installation was not to our satisfaction. We contacted them and Jose and Ernesto came the next morning and repaired it. They exemplify dedicated work ethic!

Fantastic service, Quick work and delivery as promised. Our insurance adjuster said they were no good but we found out that that was only because they are very thorough during the assessment. They push the insurance companies on the clients behalf to deliver on the contracted policy. Adjusters don’t like a roofer looking over their shoulder telling them what they missed. Thanks knockout!!!
