I had them replace my garage roof a while ago and fix a beam on the roof before hand. When i noticed it i asked the man and he just instructed his mexican worker to nail a 2 x 4 in place of it. The roof was and still is sagging since this was a while ago and I was ill I have no idea why i paid it until it was done correctly. Debra

In January of 2021 I realized that my roof was leaking into my great room. I called a couple of different companies. Knockout Roofing came out immediately. They put a temporary cover over the area to prevent any additional damage even though I hadn't yet decided who I was going to hire. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but I'm always skeptical of companies that are and never go with the lowest quote anymore. You always pay the price for that.After deciding I was going to hire them they scheduled an appointment for just a week out. They tore out the old roof in just a few hours. Gabe was awesome throughout the whole process and I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood everything that needed to happen.Branden was our project manager and was very thorough while the roof was being installed. He was even able to make a last minute request for the day of installation.My biggest issue was the timing. We were told we would be on schedule by the end of July but it took them till mid August to get started on the roof. Luckily it was done in a day but we move some things to work around the installation.
