I have had massages growing up all the while in multiple places and different modalities as well and I have to say that Aidan's knowledge of human body is extensive and his hands are magical. I suffer from extreme back issues due to a history of trauma and the way he spots problematic pain points and works on them is just perfect! He exudes kindness and warmth during his sessions and provides a great listening ear. I have trouble falling asleep but I have slept like a baby in deep deep sleep during our acupuncture and cupping sessions!
