Bought a used odessy that had actual mold and millions of tiney bugs in the carpet. There were exoskeletons all throughout the whole vehicle. There wasn't a single inch of the carpet and back seats that didn't have a stain. RMI had to spend so much extra time cleaning it out for me. This van is perfectly cleaned now. There is zero remnants of the old mess. It is so comfortable to be in, and it only cost me around $260! Had the wonderful opportunity to just chat with the owners for a bit. Thrilled to be a new loyal customer!

Had a horrible situation happen where my little brother threw up in my back seat. IT WAS EVERYWHERE. I called these guys and they had a cancellation the next day. The owner got me got in and cleaned up the whole car. Worked through the whole process with me. He had the best attitude! I will definitely go back for my normal cleanings as well.
