“There are several things i like about Jim. I like paying him by the hour. Even though he's honest, there are many who are not. So, you pay him after he does the work each day he is there. He can't make off with several thousand dollars of unfinished work because he doesn't require pay up front. It's great for my situation. He truly saved us a lot of money by doing it this way. He is not slow, either, at what i saw him do: build a wall, sheetrock, mud, texture, do electrical, hang a door........he's got tools and techniques! I was so overwhelmed by the electrical and for Jim, no big deal.
