Been here 10 years and absolutely love the culture of this gym. I drive 45+ minutes after work to get to this gym. Also there is plenty of mat time here. An hour of Open rolls after the classes which is hard to come by. Such a good crew here.
Unified is an amazing place to learn BJJ! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and supportive. All the instructors are highly skilled and passionate about teaching. I also love the women’s class and open mat on Saturday mornings as we have an outstanding group of ladies. Very grateful that I’m able to learn from the best!Highly recommend if you’re looking to learn BJJ, get in a great workout, and make some amazing friends along the way!
I have trained at many diffrent schools and unified bjj stands out at the top.Clean, welcoming and top instruction at Unified BJJ in south jordan. Instructors all have over 20 years+ experience.They have a great kids and adults program that teach the principles like discipline and respect, along with the self defense techniques.
