Im currently on my 2nd week, and the progress is excellent. Now the program Im on is a 6-week commitment. 3 injections a week so far and a meal suppressant is my regiment. Down 5 pounds, but I work out daily, and the check-in with them today was less than 7 min-involved weight check-in and injection. They do give you a booklet to write down your meals daily for yourself, which I have been keeping track of, and that has helped me out. Overall better-eating habits and being active has helped me.
