I went into the urgent care and was able to be seen SO quickly. The staff were all very friendly. I felt listened to by Dr. Jessica Jones, she was very thorough and informative. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but I know it will be as pleasant as possible if I do!
Bri and Luke took really good care of me during my stay in their urgent care. The PA barker and his aid were very kind and listened actively to what I had to say. Overall their bedside manners are fantastic. Thank you for the care!
I was seen very promptly. I came in for a pain-related issue and the care staff did not provide me with pain killers and instead explained the issue to me and treated the underlying cause quickly. I have never felt more at-ease after leaving a doctors office. The education Becky, my provider, gave me was super helpful. They accommodated my sensory issues and asked for consent before touching and examining. I am so thankful for the good experience that could’ve been horrible.
