They installed a new sprinkler system in my back yard and cleaned up the concrete mess left by the contractor who built my cinder block fence and ruined my old sprinkler system. Ryan just got finished doing our dream home. Sod, xeriscape, trees, lighting, seeding... the works. We have been planning to build this home for 5 years. He and his crew fully landscaped almost 3 acres. He was super easy to work with, he knows what he's doing (after 30 years in the game this makes sense). He was able to modify his bid easy and treat us more than fair as we wanted to enhance certain things and minimize other things. Great work by Ryan and his crew! It has been over 2 months since they did grading, top soil, sprinklers and drip lines, sod, edging, patio prep, and tree planting. All look fantastic. Ryan provided expertise along the way and was flexible with changes I made. Lots of communication from Ryan. I really liked his recommendation to add 2 hose spigots on secondary water. And the steel edging they used was welded and will last forever.
