Fast and responsive, Steve helped me out big time when my AC wasnt running. Lifesaver to get the house cooled down during a heat advisory. Knew what was happening and quickly had things running with a couple additional suggestions to improve the efficiency on my own. I’ll definitely call him again when I need help.
Got home after a trip out of town the house was super hot inside. Called Preferred they were able to come out quickly and get the Air Conditioner working Steve was very professional and was happy to be of service I won’t use anyone else and you shouldn’t either. Thanks ?
Steve and his workers are always dependable, friendly and thorough. I've used them for checkups and AC replacement and always had a good experience. Good info and tips, good cleanup, good service.
