Her personality is calm and friendly.My Yorkie gets anxious and licks at his paws when they are getting washed at home and Vanessa has talked to me about this behavior when his paws are getting groomed with her. She does what she can to groom him but also keeping him safe from hurting himself during the process. I feel that she does care about her pet clients and does all she can to keep our Yorkie safe.I also have an appreciation for her as a working mother. Her home is on the other side of the wall from her grooming facility. I have seen the benefits of her being able to take a quick break from her business to be there for her children.
