Incredible service! I got 6 quotes from different companies and Modified was the best price! The crew was fantastic to work with and so friendly and professional. They left my house cleaner than when they came. There wasn't a scrap left on my driveway when they left. I felt 100% comfortable with all of the guys in my home. I will tell everyone I know about this company and I'll be using them for future projects!

They came in and cut and took tile flooring out ! They were running a bit late and called ahead of time to let me know which was very much appreciated ( things happen and I understand that ) They did show up on time after that and were very nice and pleasant , we walked the area and went over everything before they started work . These young men were respectful and worked hard and thoroughly and left everything very clean and took all garbage with them !! We couldn’t have been more pleased with these young men and the company !!! Thank you for the great experience !!!
