Very friendly and fast. However, I believe you charge too much for a haircut. I am bald except on the sides. I always have you do the same thing each time. A number 2 or 3. It takes about 5 minutes, if that, to cut my hair. 20.00 for 5 minutes is kind of outrageous. Plus I tip. So that’s 24.00 for 5 minutes of work. That comes out to $288.00 an hour. So how does that sound to you guys?

I'm teaching this Sunday and I needed a haircut rather badly. Great Clips happened to be the closest business available so I stopped in to see if there was much of a wait. I arrived and found the lobby empty. It was clean, and nicely appointed. Various products they sell were stacked neatly to one side. I was then greeted rather coldly by someone who asked if I had checked in electronically. When I replied, I had not, I was admonished a tad unpleasantly that "I should remember to check in electronically next time". Given there were two employees working, and each was finishing their only customer, it seemed a somewhat petulant a remark. I know electronic... read full review

I like this location and Joel has been a great stylist for my family. He's great! Unfortunately it's frustrating when you arrive for a haircut and they close before they're posted close time, and tell you they've already counted the till there's nothing they can do. I'm busy, everybody's busy. I don't have time to waste driving around not getting serviced. They're in there right now being paid to sit there on the clock doing nothing. They're not too busy to give me a haircut, in fact just the opposite. I wonder if Great clips or the franchisee knows what is going on. Even if somebody came in just looking for hair product... read full review
