I love Dr. Stevens, and if she was ever on vacation I didn’t have a problem with any of the other doctors who stepped in. They’re good listeners, and the staff is very empathetic and devoted to their work. I’ve lived in this community for five years and I have loved going to these doctors in Saratoga Springs.
Dr Severn was great to help me with my insurance prior to getting a vaccination. He is helpful with getting my insurance with my infusions I needed to get done too. He understands how to advocate for you so I didn’t get stuck with a big bill.
They got me in really quick to see a doctor for a visit whereas other places you have to wait for over a month to get proper health care. They have been easy to work with and getting appointments scheduled for Doctor visits. I recommend this place when you need to see a doctor
