“We had a basement bathroom tub water faucet that only the hot water came out. The cold-water valve was so corroded that no water would come through. Quick Quality's plumber came out and tried to open up the valve to replace it, but it was too corroded to open up. He said the whole valve mechanism would have to be replaced, but the cost could be up to $1500. We elected to do nothing since we rarely used this bathroom. The serviceman (don't remember his name) felt bad that he couldn't do something to help us. “Wow, what a great experience! I had a problem with an external pipe that led to a French drain. The technicians hydro jetted, and ran a camera down the pipe. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the drain was there before we moved in. No surprise, but they found obstructions further down the pipe. They were able to resolve the problem, and pricing was more than competitive. Plus, the team worked like crazy, communicated well, and didn’t leave until everything was done to my satisfaction. “I was very pleased with My Buddy the Plumber. Robert, the technician who drove all the way down from Ogden to our place in Provo, arrived at exactly the time promised and was so pleasant. He did exactly what I wanted: he provided a temporary fix for our outdoor antifreeze faucet that made a terrible, loud, vibrating noise every time we turned the faucet on. We had two identical faucets -- and simply exchanging the stem between them solved the vibration problem. Being a DIY-er, I wanted to save money by completing the repair later by myself, which I was able to do for both faucets.
