Great first visit with Pony Express. Everyone was fantastic, personable and made the visit really easy. I appreciated the clear communication with urgent matters vs. things that can wait. They were extremely considerate of my time as well spacing some procedures out. Will be taking my whole family.
This was me and my husbands best dental experience we’ve ever had. They made us both feel completely comfortable, and taken care of. I had to get a shot for numbing and could barely feel it. We couldn’t recommend Pony Express more.
My appointment started right on time, or maybe even a couple of minutes early. Dr. Straw was very cordial and efficient. My procedure involved replacing a temporary filling in a tooth that underwent a root canal two weeks ago with a permanent filling. I was in and out of the office in about 35 minutes.
