I used Zions bank for bill pay and my check was not received. I incurred a $50 late fee and Zions bank did not do anything to help the situation. I had to cancel the check and make the payment again and had to pay the late fee and I was told I could get another fee if my check is received and then cashed. This is the second time this has happened to me. I would not recommend using Zions bank for any sort of online bill pay.

I have banked with Zions for 40 years. I went to this branch to deposit a business check. I asked the teller to call the bank that the check was written from to verify funds. The manager told him not to and was quite rude. I took back the check and went to the Draper branch and the manager called and verified funds for me. Took 2 minutes.

I'm only giving them a 3 because I cannot blame this location for everything about Zion's Bank that sucks! Closed my account today! Feel so good about it! I hate hidden fees and ridiculous fees that don't even make sense. Why... why do you want my money for nothing!!!! Ugh!!!! So glad I switched to a Credit Union!
