Beyond realistic prices, they were easy to get along with. Both Mike and his team considered each of my questions seriously (even when the answers may have been obvious). During my interactions there was no “sales pitch” or any pressure to “close the deal”. It was obvious their goal was to present options for me to consider and explain those options to my satisfaction.

Often you can get the same person to help you and remember the issue from prior. Software is very easy to use and modern. Cons they are a smaller company so if your purchasing dept wants you to buy from major supplier, they probably won't know who they are“
