We are so happy that we got Bob for this Job!One of our handrails felt shaky and I asked Bob to check it out. While he was on his way over I rememberd a missing baluster on another staircase. Good thing Bob checked out the handrail because one piece of hardware was broken! That would have been quite dangerous. Now the handrail and the baluster are both perfect! He kept in touch, great communication, did the job right the first time and charged a fair price. We recommend Bob without reservation!
February 2024
The pilot lighting my water heater would not come in. Called Bob, came over and got it going in 5 minutes. I was so appreciative, and ask him what the charge was? He said non, since it was so simple. I insisted. I highly recommend Bob.
July 2023
Bob came to the rescue when a portion of the garage ceiling fell in the night. He came early to look it over & decide on a course of action. By midday, the ceiling was replaced & the rest of of it was screwed down x's 3! *Note: In the early 70's (when this house was built) the ceiling was nailed up - instead of screwed. Can you imagine?Thank you Bob - for thwarting any future disasters!
