Every interaction was great. Brooklyn took my call and handled all my questions. She booked an appointment easily, quickly, and with precision. She was very transparent and detail oriented.
Christian (our tech that showed up) was so rad. He’s been at his craft for over 10 years and it definitely showed. He allowed me to pick his brain with questions while he worked. The job merited a quick turn around but regardless, Christian was fast, precise, kind, and courteous. Our AC was fixed in fast, the pricing was fully transparent, and Christian gave his professional opinion and commentary on the matter.

I called this morning and was able to secure an appointment today. My technician, Jeffrey, was on time and able to diagnose my problem as electrical and recommended EZ Electrical. I called EZ and within 2 hours I was up and running again, finally cool after a long day. I will definitely use One Stop Heating and Air again. Thank you.
