Is kind and understanding, very friendly, puts you at ease, and the session is quick. She's thorough so I've seen much more reduction in hair in 2 sessions than in many more at other locations (where I think they intentionally skipped spots to keep you coming back?). Highly recommend Smooth Choice. Definitely not a scam, though her machine was broken over the summer - she was in communication about it and apologized for inconvenience.“
