This place is a scam.
Never sign up for a membership- I have called, gone in person and e-mailed to cancel my membership- and even filled out a cancellation form they sent me, I did and delivered it, and I’m still being charged. They will just ignore your requests for cancellation and keep charging you.

I visited Massage Envy for the first time tonight. What a wonderful experience. Greeted at the front desk by a whitty lady named Jaclyn. O came in for a 90 min facial the works! Adria was a gem we laughed and had a great conversation. I have never had such a relaxing time. She made the experience so easy. Definitely going back! I have been relaxed all evening!!

I just had a very similar experience and see their modus operendi hasn't changed since this is now 2024. Appt. made, show up, not on their books the masseuse they scheduled with had suddenly quite. This was a Christmas gift from my husband, I asked for a refund. The gaily told me the card was 100% non refundable. I was not happy. I made an appointment for another location but the district manager has frozen my account because her employees said I was rude and loud. My husband went to the shop and complained and asked for a refund and I'm sorry to say he was rude. $120 down the drain.
