Sam was awesome! He came out less than 24 hours after our call. He arrived on time, was kind, personable, efficient, and he had our AC up and running again in half an hour. He had to replace a capacitor for us (which they had on hand!) and they were a great price. He even went the extra mile to check our second unit’s capacitor. He also hosed them down and made sure they were clean and running well. Thank you Sam at K Lund Mechanical!

We had called out a different company. They said our unit had burned out and we needed a new furnace and AC unit. K Lund technicians replaced a diode. We are up and running. Thanks for your speedy service and honesty.

Referred to K Lund by a friend after several visits by a different HVAC company, who ultimately recommended we replace our exterior AC unit. We wanted a second opinion. K Lund technician, Sam (didn’t get last name), arrived during the estimated time window, was very nice and got right to work. In about an hour he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. No replacement necessary, the unit just needed some maintenance. I even told Sam the other company recommended a full replacement so he could have easily upsold me on non-existing problems and I wouldn’t have questioned him.
