I have been going here with my kids for a few years and mostly I’ve been pleased with the cuts. This time I brought my kids and my 12 year old daughter just needed a very quick short trim to her shoulder length hair. The woman took about 5 minutes with a straight pair of scissors. Then my son got his hair cut which took about 25 minutes. When we checked out she charged us for both as full cuts-$20 each. I’m no penny pincher, but I was surprised at a full haircut charge for a straight trim.

My 10 year old daughter and I got our hair cut by lexi, and another lovely stylist at fantastic sams. My daughter and I got a trim and layers. Lexi was so sweet to my daughter. She really went out of her way to make it an enjoyable experience for her. My stylist was also very sweet and personable. We both enjoyed our haircuts and was glad they were able to squeeze us in. We will definitely be coming back here. Great service, polite stylist, and enjoyable experience.
