These guys are amazing! Toddler had a #2 accident on bedroom carpet and it was bad. Called Shane on a Sunday night and got a hold of him and they came out first thing Monday morning and got the carpet looking brand new. I would have paid what they charged for just the spot removal but they did the entire room for that price. Can't recommend them enough!

Shane always does an excellent job - sometimes I think folks feel that getting a professional cleaning service is the same regardless so you should go with the cheapest option; but I think that's untrue. Getting the most value out of the service should be the deciding factor, and in that regard using Shane and Extra Touch is guaranteed to be the most bang for your buck. 5/5 highly recommend!
