Dr. Brent Smith had a lovely bedside manner. He was extraordinarily courteous, respectful of our time, and thorough in his explanations. He offered handouts and other supportive literature. We were very well taken care of by him and left feeling so good. this was all the more meaningful, because we had been sad and somewhat marginalized by how curt, the person at the front desk with us because we did not understand their protocol. Dr. Smith knew nothing of that unfortunate interaction so he was not trying to compensate for their disrespect. Now I know where the good views coming from.this place was quiet,no need long time waiting. And the doctor ,the nurse and the front desk.they are all awesome. Very good experience especially when you are sick and try to get help as soon as possible.

My nurse M. Pattillo was the absolute best. I felt like my concerns were heard and acknowledged. I was educated on what to do at home and what the game plan was from here. It really felt like I had an advocate for my health.
