Going into Wimmer in Layton. Decorating is cute and It was wonderful to go in Everyone there was helpful knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Went in to buy a vacuum, ended up buying two. Was impressed with the quality. Darling selection of material and sewing accessories,
The customer service that Mel gave me was top tier! I own a really rare machine and they went out of their way to find me the missing parts I needed. (I mean digging through their old boxes) Really wonderful people, easy to communicate with, and great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs parts or service. Thank you again!
Everyone at Wimmer's has always been professional, friendly and kind. I've mostly had repairs done on my vacuums, but they've always taken care of me and are reasonable. I don't know what I would do without them. They have always taken great care of me.
