Worstttttttttt doctors of all time, will tell you everything is fine after coming for back pain for months. Will look you dead in the eye and will just push physical therapy after multiple tries of coming for pain. Every time I come for pain they will blow it off like my pain isn’t there. You’ll waste 2-3 hrs to be sent home with lidocaine patches and muscle relaxers.
They didn't like me so they left me lying on the floor in a shower for an hour. When this happens to POWs, the entire world gets justifiably outraged, so I am not sure why this happens to veterans on US soil at federal hospitals.
There is no help on the physical therapy phone line. I’ve tried to cancel appointments and am placed on hold for hours. Terrible customer service. This is a constant ongoing issue. Since they manage their appointments it makes this impossible to deal with
