    Utah Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful space for new moms and pregnant women. The studio offers a beautiful and inviting environment for prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. Instructor Alicia is super knowledgeable about pregnancy and has created helpful practices for each class, such as diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic floor expansion. The classes also foster a sense of community among students, providing a supportive resource for navigating pregnancy. Alicia's classes have been a great way for students to connect with others who are going through similar experiences, and have even helped with physical and mental relief during pregnancy.
