Don't walk to this place: run to it!. I went to many other telephone repair places, as I was having problems w/an old phone password I forgot &I had to pull some Whatsapp messages. All the other places said they couldn't open the phone and said I was out of luck. Here, they listened to me. Then took the time to show me where I could pull the messages from my current phone! YEAH!!! Then they went an extra step to show me how to get them downloaded on the computer. They didn't charge me a penny either! Any time I need any telephone repair work they are my #1 go to. They saved me. Thank you guys !!!!

Broken phone... Oh no, what to do? I am so glad I found this little shop. They were able to repair my phone within an hour oh so. The gentlemen here were so helpful, I cannot praise them enough. They offer so many services I didn't even know were available. If you have any phone related needs...repair, accessories, international calling plans, etc., please check this place out. You won't be sorry.

Urban cell repair was very nice and understanding, very friendly team. Pablo who was doing my service did an amazing job, he made sure to help with my phone problem and communicate everything with me.
