I love how they have early morning appointments. I went in at 7:30 AM to see my doctor. The staff are all so nice. I did not have to wait long before I was called back. My doctor came in within 5 minutes and I am very pleased with everyone that works there. I have been with them for years and have never had any issues. I have also referred family and friends to see them.
I took my grandpa to see Shane and he was really impressed. Each process went smoothly. When scheduling, Evelyn was so sweet and helpful and helped us find an appt that worked with our schedule. We were able to complete paperwork online thanks to Marvina and it made the check in process so much easier. The staff was very friendly, including our MA and the receptionist who checked us in. Shane took the time to address each of his concerns in a patient caring manner. The procedure was explained throughly and all our questions were answered. I highly recommend this clinic.
Shane is the best, no gatekeeping here. I struggled with acne for years during college and never found a dermatologist who could help. The regimen that Shane helped me with is so simple but I’m convinced that’s why it 1) works 2) is easy to stay consistent. Shane also listens to me during my appointments and I never feel rushed or embarrassed with my skin.
I also want to note that the photos are posted are clearly in different lighting and 3 months apart. You can even tell the overall swelling and inflammation in my face is gone. I’m so grateful to have found this clinic and hope you give them a try to experience the same results!
