I am so happy I found Sequoia Spirit center! I was not sure what to expect when I booked a spirit session--I was intrigued but a little nervous. Any nerves I had were put at ease when I arrived. The spa was clean and welcoming. I was greeted by Karaah and after getting me a warm beverage, we sat down and discussed my reasons for coming. She was attentive and did not rush our conversation. It was definitely a different experience than I have had at different massage and wellness centers. It felt very personal and I was able to ask questions about different options they offered like reiki and energy work that I had no experience with.
