Chris did an excellent job cleaning my carpeting, my kitchen and entryway tile and grout look great. He and the owner, Fred, were punctual, professional, friendly and tidy. I live on the second floor of a low-rise building, access can be challenging. They had no problem getting to the area with minimal disruption to my neighbors. Fred had provided me with a quote over the phone, honored the price he said. Would definitely hire them again as my carpet looks fantastic.
I highly recommend Scott's carpet and upholstery cleaning. They stuck to the estimate that I was given on the phone, no up charges, and they actually did two additional spots in other rooms and did not charge extra for that. Mike, and Gabe were so nice and friendly, and did a great job cleaning our light color carpet. I now know why they have so many good reviews.
This was an excellent experience, I texted last week when I bought a house that I needed the carpets chemically cleaned. They quoted me a reasonable amount and ended up being exactly what they quoted didn’t try to upsell me. They even tried to clean a day earlier which I would have loved but I hadn’t left the key yet how awesome is that! It’s family owned and run and when I went to the house afterwards not only did it look and smell AMAZING but they also hauled in the sofa that was delivered so it wouldn’t sit outside all day. Such a great experience, highly recommend! Quick and easy and quality job!
