I fell and came to this place to get an x-ray of my leg, because I was afraid that I had a fracture. I paid $100 in cash and asked 3 times if I would pay anything else. The woman who was sitting at the checkout told me that I wouldn't pay anything more. I asked again, "you definitely won't issue me any more bills," in response I heard that no, nothing more, I paid $100, jumped to their X-ray, waited for the doctor for 40 minutes after I took the picture. In addition, they didn't even let me look at the picture. I managed to take a photo, but the woman (the doctor) was very much against it. They didn't even offer me a wheelchair; I was jumping on one leg all the way to the elevator. AND NOW I RECEIVED A BILL FOR $341. I'm shocked by this. I just took an x-ray. no one gave me even 5 minutes of their time. THIS IS A HORRIBLE place, they hide payments and then send you an extra payment. I will contact a lawyer and try to punish them.

Generally a good way place to get good service. There may be individual mds. and offices who could be reminded about customer service but I have never had a bad experience with scheduling, kindness and caring about me with any of the peopke I have encountered there.

This place is absolute awful. They do not follow through with any of their work.. they treat the public and customers awful and give them zero help to resolve issues or make matter better!!!! The staff is not friendly and I hope to never have to come back here EVER again!!!
