Hi my name is Roland and I had will come and work on my refrigerator and from the very beginning we had nothing but problems with him they lost their parts we lost our food he didn't seem to care then he reordered my parts didn't want to give us a refrigerator to borrow after he mentioned one then we had to call and reschedule another appointment to get him out here and fix it the guy's been nothing but a headache that he priced it and then when we went to pay he overpriced it by $200 by this time we were tired of it we just paid it. Now we had problems with it after you repaired it we set up an appointment November 17th for him to come out when he called me to confirm to come over he realized that I left a review about him and he called me and told me that he was not going to come to my house no more because I left a review on the things that he did refrigerator is only a month old but repaired parts and it's doing it again and he refuses to come out and he told me he's not going to fix my fridge because of the comment that I put on a review so now I'm out of $700 plus my refrigerator is doing it again I would never recommend this company ever is people skills are terrible customer service is terrible reception is terrible. Roland Wigginton 11/20/2022 P.s. in my refrigerator is under warranty through him and he won't honor the warranty now I don't know if that's against the law or not.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner is ridiculous and the receptionist (assuming is his wife) are the worst duo. Overcharged and left with a broken product. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Had fridge repaired last month, and I wasn't not impressed with the service or how the owner, Will, spoke with me. I did write a poor review. However, now one month later my fridge is going out again and the owner saw my prior review and now has completely refused me anymore service. Although their website states they have a 1 year warranty on all parts and labor. They won't take my calls, and they even hang up on me while speaking. Zero professionalism. Would never recommend. They said that I'm threatening them now about small claims court, but I'm going to be out $700.
