I did a health assessment and food sensitivity test with RAW. It was an eye-opener as to which foods were causing chronic inflammation, and how quickly my body adapted and lost weight when I started an improved eating program. Heather Darling was fantastic in explaining the test results and the impact I could make on my health and my weight. Best of all, although I reduced some foods/drinks that I enjoy, I didn't have to give up everything I liked. Highly recommended if you are looking to lose weight and improve your overall health!
