Charlie called me at the end of his day and popped in and removed the clog plus replaced my tub spout that wasn’t working properly. “My boiler installer left a time-bomb for me - used a 1” long black pipe nipple, carefully covered with teflon tape. Needless to say it rusted out and needed to be replaced. 2nd time- bomb was no union so I had to cut it out and re-plumb with a union. England set me up with the right parts based on a photo with a tape aligned with the gap to be filled. I even called to ask a question on the mating surfaces of the union. Just pressure tested, no leaks, first time. Only one trip to England rather than minimum or 3 trips to big box store. England is the best! You pay little more, but expertise and my time are worth it!“
