They did a great job explaining the best options for my cat based on her breed/fur and I felt extremely confident to leave her in their hands. We had Aurora as our groomer and she did a great job with what we had requested. The team was also very patient as I am sure I probably had a lot of nervous doggy daddy questions. “We had an excellent experience with this business. We were visiting from out of state for a funeral, so we needed daycare. Even though the service we needed wasn't technically available, the owner seemed concerned for the care of our dog and made an exception. She took on the responsibility herself to care for our baby, who isn't used to daycare or kennels. She really helped our stress level during a challenging time.
All the staff seemed very nice and we picked up our happy healthy dog when we were done.
