If I could give these guys more stars I absolutely would. We had a leaking kitchen drain pipe that left us with a big, smelly mess down in our basement. We had a bigger company come out with their fancy digs and salesmen smiles and estimate nearly $3k to fix it. When we asked for a breakdown, we were told it was "task based" and would take 2 guys six hours. Granted, it was difficult to access, but still, even we knew that was ridiculous. So at the recommendation of a neighbor, we called these guys. Paul came right out later that day, gave us his thoughts and pricing upfront, and dug right in. When he realized we also had a small secondary leak that he didn't have a part for, he fixed us up enough to be functional and told us when he could be back to finish up. And he was. Both visits, he came when he said he would and did what he said he would well within the time that he estimated. And he saved us THOUSANDS. He's honest and direct. Kim in the office was friendly and great with the scheduling, too. We'll never look elsewhere if we find ourselves needing a plumber again.

The owner went out of his way to pick up items after Lowe’s dropped the ball, unbelievably great customer service and work on Saturday late afternoon, I have found my plumber for life. Outstanding work, 100 stars recommend
