Had an urgent situation and Neerings and Joe absolutely came through for me. During a really intense wind storm, our oven fans exterior vent started flapping nonstop and it sounded like a full drum line was in our house for hours. I called multiple other services in the area and was told they either couldn’t help or couldn’t come for 5 days. I told Nicole at Neerings about my problem and she found a way to get someone out same day.
Joe was able to come out and solve the problem for me within an hour of my call. Couldn’t be more grateful - Neerings is now my go to for any future plumbing, air, heating, or electrical work we need!
My primary impression is a good one with Neerings. The receptionist was very helpful, and answered my questions. The technicians who arrived were polite, knowledgeable, and got the job done. Ben and Spencer were honest and easy to work with. I appreciated Neerings assistance unclogging our drain today!
I was so pleased with the timely service I received from Chris and Mike today. My air conditioner stopped running last night and it’s the middle of August. I called at 8am this morning and by 9am Chris and Mike showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were both kind and professional. I will use Neerings from now on!
