Emergency clinics get a lot of bad rep because of their prices, but I am content with my experience here. After bringing my cat in twice in just a few days, I ended up having to put her down (at no fault of the veterinarians), but the technicians and the veterinarians I worked with were so kind, concerned and made sure the estimates were clear from the very beginning as well as giving me personal opinions when I asked for them. I’m grateful for the workers at this location for working around the clock to make sure animals are taken care of and for giving those the time they need to say their final goodbyes.
I cannot say enough good things about the medical and radiation oncology teams! They have treated my girl so well during our fight with cancer. They have always reassured me, listened to me cry both tears of sadness and of joy, communicated well, and most importantly been there for my girl. We completed our chemotherapy protocols today which was months and months of visits and by this point I can confidently say these are the people I trust my girl with. Sadie’s team were so cute today and sent her off with a chemotherapy completion certificate and signed bandana. I’m so grateful to these amazing people!
