The 655 E 400 S, Salt Lake City location is the sole reason for this 5* rating! This location is by far my favorite & best Massage Envy location! The reception staff always make you feel welcome, the management always appreciative and helpful, and we always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of.
I'm absolutely in love with this spa! As a regular customer, I can confidently say that every masseuse here is incredibly skilled. Some have even been able to completely relieve my back pain. After bruising my back playing golf last week, I struggled to walk upright for days. Thankfully, Mary worked her magic during a 90-minute session, and I felt 90% better afterward. This spa is truly a hidden gem – the healing touch they offer, especially considering the prices, is unmatched in Palm Valley. I wholeheartedly give them 5 stars!
Incredible experience! Had such an amazing and relaxing facial with Nikayla. She is highly knowledgeable and as someone who has been getting facials for a long time I could tell her methods were conducive to holistic skin health and barrier support which are priorities from me. Unfortunately I am only visiting from New York but I wish I could have a Nikayla facial every month! Front desk personnel was also very friendly and personable :) love this massage envy location
