Was super unsatisfied with my very first service. My lawn was cut uneven, mulch beds covered in cut grass, uneven edging, plants destroyed by weed waker, cut grass all over the sidewalks. Just an overall sloppy job.
My yard was cut in 7 minutes and it shows.

Awful. They kept reacheduling ended up coming on Mother’s Day at 5pm when I was having dinner on my patio and the same thing happened on memorial day. When I asked them to come back the following day the never did and haven’t returned for almost two weeks. My lawn is up to my 5 year olds knees and it looks terrible. I called and left a voicemail to some random Google number and they never called me back. SO unprofessional.

I cancelled my service because I knew my lawn was severely overgrown and couldn't afford to pay the 400% markup. The "pro" marked it as being completed and they charged me for the service anyway. When I tried to call customer service the phone number was disconnected. I finally found the 1-866 phone number in my call log and was able to get through. I will NEVER trust these people again.
