I attempted to use lawn starter at one of my properties. They sent someone for the first service, but they only mowed and did not edge around the walkways, gardens or fences. The next 2 appointments were no shows, leaving my lawn Un-mowed for over a month. When I called to cancel the customer service was very helpful and they were able to wave the 3 service minimum and cancel my services right away considering the circumstances. I really wanted this company to work out, but they were not able to send reliable mowers, if any at all. I have used the service several times and been more than satisfied. This last mow of my lawn was an awful job. two days after the mow, it looked like it had never been mowed. The consistency was simply awful. I have cancelled services due to my moving, but hope they will go and fix what they did poorly. If they do, I will update the review.
Great Service - I'm very happy with the service and professional work that Lawstarter is providing me access to via the app. It's so convenient to use and get estimates and the service providers are very professional. I highly reccomend using the Lawstarter app for your lawn service needs.
