Pick up repairs performed at Jerry Seiner Collision.
After an initial phone call with my insurance, I contacted
Janel at Jerry Seiner Collision.
I arrived with my truck and Janel, being the
amicable, efficient and customer oriented professional
that she is, had the paperwork ready with
a detailed explanation of the repair process. During
the following three weeks or so, Janel kept me up to
date on the progress of repairs while coordinating with my insurance company. Repairs completed sooner than expected
and done in an expert and "completely satisfactory manner".

We had an awesome experience with the Jerry Seiner Collision Center! Janel and Heather went above and beyond to make our experience extremely positive. We ordered a new Cadillac that needed some warranty work done, after our subpar experience with the dealership’s service department, the service, efficiency, and attention to detail here was a much appreciated difference!! They have an awesome team. I would definitely take my vehicle back and recommend them to friends and family.
